Applications and Characters:

VSGL-1000,1200A2 automatic UV coating machine is technically upgraded on the basis of three-roller coating machine. The machine adopts frequency converter to control metering roller speed. Coating oil to different thickness of paper can be controlled by speed variety. The whole operation is easy and convenient. When paper is coated by the machine, veins of orange peel can be prevented, and the coating is much more exquisite, and coating quality will be perfected greatly. The machine is composed of 6 units: automatic paper feeding, powder cleaning unit, coating unit, IR drying unit, UV curing unit and automatic paper stacker. The 6 units are independent working station, and the assembly of the 6 units can be changed upon requests.

1. Automatic paper feeding unit

1). Paper feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump to suck paper sheets.

2). The position of blowers can be adjusted according to needs.

3). Overlap controller and no paper protector are equipped.

4). Paper can be added when the machine is kept running.

2. Powder cleaning unit

1). This unit is used to clean the residual powder and dust from printing processes.

2). Powder and dust on paper surface can be planished and sticked away when paper goes through the heating roller.

3). After treated by this unit, paper will be more level and smooth to improve coating quality.

3. Coating unit

1). UV coating unit is equipped with high sensitivity of PLC air-knife system which guarantees smooth coating to thick and thin paper.

2). Micro adjustor equipped to control oil usage and coating quality is convenient for users to adjust upon application need.

3). Paper winding protector: when paper sticks and wraps the coating roller, the protector will stop the machine’s running and the buzzer rings at the same time.

4. IR drying unit

1). IR drying devices equipped.

2). Hot air circulation system equipped.

3). To do drying after water-base coating or solvent coating.

4). Mesh Teflon belt conveyor is equipped with air aspirator to guarantee paper conveyed steadily.

5. UV curing unit

1). UV radiation makes UV varnish hard and wear-resistant, and paper surface will be mach glossier.

2). Fast cooling system equipped to prevent paper curvature.

3). Mesh Teflon belt conveyor is equipped with air aspirator to guarantee paper conveyed steadily.

6. Automatic paper stacker

1). Low noise of belt conveyer adopts the design of top and bottom pressing track to make paper delivery smooth.

2). Air aspirator is equipped to prevent the curvature of thin paper and makes the paper conveyed stably.

3). Pneumatic patting device tidies up paper stack automatically. And patting frequency is adjustable upon application needs.
